Abstract: This 2021 edition is taking a new and holistic approach to LNG bunkering. The reader is taken through a journey starting from the Design stage of the vessel and the supply bunkering facility, via the Planning and Preparation stages of the bunkering location and operations to be completed by the fuelling Operational stage of the of an LNG-fuelled vessel. Along each stage recommendations are provided to all the stakeholders involved in the bunkering of ships with Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) with the focus on ensuring that gas fuelled ships are bunkered safely, reliably, efficiently and to prevent undesirable fugitive gas emissions during operations.
